Leadlink offers teams an easier way to offer their team members the ability to market themselves. Instead of having to create a subdomain for each agent, Leadlink offers agents a way to leverage the team website to market themselves. The website follows the standard lead routing if a visitor lands on the site normally, but with the different additional attribution methods, the rest of the team can market themselves using the same website.
Leadlink is a unique feature that is available with our Agent User Addon. To take full advantage of this feature, we recommend having AF IDX. If you do not have AF IDX, it will work with all non-IDX forms.
Team Member Profiles
When an agent uses Leadlink Attribution, their Team Member profile becomes a powerful asset. By simply using the search bar feature, agents can easily link their profile to the search page that will show their contact info on the property pages instead of the default setting. This means that when a potential client searches for a property and fills out the contact form on the page it would be assigned to that designated agent.
Saved Searches and Lead Attribution:
Another key feature of Leadlink Attribution is the Saved Search function. If an agent user creates a saved search on their account and share the link it would have their information displayed on the property pages instead of the default setting.
If the Agent is assigned as the agent in the lead’s profile it will show that agent on the website as long as the lead is signed in on the website.
When an Agent User created a saved search they will automatically be the agent showing on the properties for their saved search pages. If you click the arrow button for your saved search it will open the public link.
Instead of the default setting for the contact section, the agent user will be showing on the property page:

Attribution Link Generator:
Perhaps one of the most straightforward yet impactful tools in the Leadlink Attribution methods is the Attribution Link Generator. This tool allows agents to take any page on their team website—whether it's a property listing, blog post, or marketing page—and turn it into a lead generator simply by adding a special slug to the end of the URL. The forms would now go to this agent instead of following the default settings.
Once added, this custom link tracks and attributes any leads generated through that specific URL to the agent who created it. Whether you're sharing links via email, social media, or direct communication, you can rest assured knowing that any lead generated from your efforts will be properly attributed to you.
To find your Attribution Link go to Lead Manager. In the top right corner you will see 2 options. The blue person icon will allow you to create attribution links for different pages. The white button is your attribution slug. You can add it to the end of any of the team webpages to turn the page into a lead generator for you.
If your agent user slug currently starts with a "?" as shown in the screen above, it will still work. However, we've updated the attribution slug for new lead link agent users to a simplified format, which now starts with a "#".
Your lead attribution slug will just go on the end of any page that you want. In this case you can see it's added to the end of a buying page.
