If there's an issue on your webstie related to site performance, crashing, freezing, something not loading, or so, please follow these steps to report the issue to our support team:

Go to the page that is experiencing the issue and paste ?DBTRACE at the end of the URL and hit enter.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page. There should be a button or two with opening a link or downloading some files. Please forward those to [email protected] so we can look into those logs and files further, and if needed forward it to our development team and update you on the issue.

These actions can be performed on individual inner pages, for example if you have an issue with an area guides page, you take the whole page URL and add the ?DBTRACE to it
