First you will want to navigate to your admin panel on the left side of the screen, and go to AgentFire Arsenal > Team Member > Settings

From there all you need to do is find the kvCORE Sync field, and hit the Start button. Wait until the sync is finished, and that's it.

In case the page prompts you to save changes after the sync is done, make sure to hit the Update button.
