Google Business Profile - Delegating Access
This article is a step-by-step guide on how to add more members to your Google Business Profile

Start by logging into your Google Business Profile: https://business.google.com/dashboard

From there, on the bottom left, navigate to Users

Then hit the "Add users" button

Then enter the email, and select the "Manager" role. Once done, hit the "Invite" button and you are all set!
