Engage: Connecting A Team Member
Your CTA's can automatically be assigned to specific agents within your lead manager, making it easy to create specific calls to action.
The New Team Member plugin offers a variety of new enhancements to your profiles, and includes a direct connection to your lead manager and Engage products.
Routing leads to an agent on your CTA:
Click on the Actions button to edit your CTA settings. Then, click Assign Agent to connect an agent.
Select the appropriate agent from the list shown.
Leads generated and shown in your Lead Manager will automatically display the agent assigned, as well as provide notifications of those leads automatically to the email address associated with the profile.
