During our 3rd training session, we covered effective strategies for using Lead pages to promote your business and generate leads. We also walked through the process of creating several Lead Pages and customizing it to fit your needs. We have quite a few great templates to choose from but in this session, we also discuss how you can alter and repurpose the templates to create any lead generation page you might need. We have had a few clients ask about the pop up screen that asks if you want to add the custom CSS automatically. The first time you use each template you will want to click Add it Automatically so all the design elements come over. After that you shouldn't have to click Add it Automatically. If you accidentally click Ignore and are having issues please reach out to our Support team who can assist you.
Most Popular Lead Page:
We shared a couple of examples of the Nosey Neighbor Lead Page, but we want to talk about this page a little more. This Tom Ferry inspired page is one of our most popular lead pages. Once your listings sell, you can turn the listing details into ‘Nosey Neighbor’ Lead Pages, which you can use to show off the hard work you did to sell the listing, while simultaneously demonstrating your value, so that you can attract new listings. We have also seen some agents use this page to discuss their buyer's journey and what it took to help them close on a home.
Once you create this page you could use a QR code to share it with a mailer to the neighborhood or share the link in a community Facebook group, along with so many other ways to share the page to market for new listings.
