Any of the Lead Forms can be edited to fit your needs.
To start editing the lead form, you need to go into the editor for that page and look for the little pencil that says Lead Form.
When you click on the pencil the Toolbard for your Lead Form will open. The first section is the Lead Form options. You can pick from a pre-build form or you can choose to create a custom form.
If you choose the Custom option, you will then want to go to the Form Settings so you can pick the form fields that you want. You can also click Add New Field to add additional items to your form.
When you click into the Field Type you will see different field options:
Once you select a field and relevant options for that Field will appear. You will also want to decide if you would rather have a Label above the field or a placeholder showing inside the field. Most fields will have a lever to require the field.
The other section you may want to explore is the option to turn on RECaptcha. Turning on this feature can help reduce Spam. There is an option to have it on but invisible or you can turn on the Checkbox that says "I'm not a Robot".
One of the other spots that you may want to edit is the Submit Action. You have the option to write out a confirmation message when they hit submit, or you can have it redirect to a new URL link.
You can also edit the button in this Form Setting section, although you may not need to make many changes to this section.
This Toolbar also offers the Form Notifications that we cover in more detail in other articles, but this would be the section to add tags to the form and to assign specific agents.
