The Fine Tune Tool is a powerful feature designed to give agents greater control over their property searches. With this tool, agents can now manually include or exclude specific listings from their search results by directly adjusting based on a listing's address or MLS ID. This means that agents no longer need to rely solely on the general filtered results but can tailor searches to meet their precise needs.

Precision Control: Agents can force an update to add or remove specific listings, ensuring that the search results align exactly with client requirements or preferences.
Customization: Whether it’s excluding a listing that no longer meets criteria or adding a recently listed property that might have been just outside the criteria, agents can adjust their searches in real-time.
Time Efficiency: By manually fine-tuning search results, agents can quickly exclude irrelevant properties and focus on the ones that matter most, saving valuable time.
Unlike typical IDX platforms, where agents are often limited by preset search filters and cannot manually modify results, the Fine Tune Tool offers much greater flexibility. Most IDX solutions don’t allow this level of customization because they are restricted by data access limitations. However, thanks to our enhanced access, we’re able to offer this powerful feature, empowering agents with a deeper level of control over their searches.
This feature is especially useful in dynamic markets where new listings emerge frequently, or when agents need to quickly modify search parameters based on changing client demands. With the Fine Tune Tool, agents can ensure they’re always working with the most accurate and relevant data, setting them apart in delivering more tailored results to their clients.
Here is how you can Fine Tune your searches:
Go to the IDX option at the top of the screen and click on Saved Searches.
Find the search that you would like to update and click on the Tool icon.
Once you click into the Tool Icon for the existing search you can choose to Include or Exclude to see the listings that have already been updated with this tool. To update a new property click Add New.
After you click Add New it will allow you to type the address or MLS ID number. Then if will give you the option to click Include or Exclude.
Once you click the option you need, your search will be updated. You can click the x in the top right corner to close it.
