If you need to cancel or temporarily pause your monthly website subscription, follow these simple steps:
How to Cancel Your Subscription

Log in to your account Dashboard.

Navigate to the Marketplace and select the Billing section located in the top left. (Click the Credit Cards Icon)

Click the Cancel Subscription button and follow the prompts to complete the process.
What Happens After Cancellation?

Your website will be deactivated, and you will no longer be billed.
- Once your site is down, you will want to log into your Domain Provider account to redirect or point your domain somewhere else.

If you wish to reactivate within 6 months, we typically waive the reactivation fee.

After 6 months, a reactivation fee will apply to restore your site.
Need a Temporary Pause Instead? Try Our "On Ice" Option
If you’re not ready to fully cancel but want to take a break, our Storage Subscription ("On Ice") allows you to:

Keep your website stored on our servers for $30/month.

Avoid reactivation fees when you’re ready to come back.

Protect your data from deletion while paused.
Your site will still go down, so you will want to redirect your domain somewhere if you are worried about having a dead link. The benefit of this option is that it will be easier to make your site go live again.
