QR Code: How to Add and Use the QR Code Tool

With this tool, sharing valuable content with prospective buyers and sellers has never been easier. 

To Create A QR Code in the Dashboard:

Go to Site Tools in your Dashboard and click on QR Codes.

In the QR Code section you will see a button in the top right to create a New QR Code, click this button.

To set up the new QR Code you will need the link you want to create the code for and give it a name. Then you can hit create once you update both of those boxes.

You now have a QR Code created and it will take you back to the main QR Code section. You will see the QR Code that you just created. On the Right side you will see an Actions button. This will open up your available options for the QR Code. You can click Copy Embed Code to share it online or click Download JPG or Download SVG to save the QR Code file for print purposes.

To Create a QR Code from the Public Side of the Site:

You can also create a QR code from the public side of your website. You will want to navigate to the page where you want to create a QR code. When you add #qr to the end of the web address the QR Code Tool will appear. Click the Create QR Code button to start creating the code.

This will automatically create and save the page with a QR Code and bring up a screen with a button to Copy Embed Code, Download JPG, and Manager QR Codes

If you would like to rename the QR Code you can update the name when you are in your Dashboard. You can click on the name to Rename it.

How to Manage Your QR Codes:

As you saw above when you are creating a QR Code from the public side of the website you will have access to manage your QR Codes.

If you don't need to make a new code, but want to quickly access your available QR Codes you can type #sharemyqr at the end of any of your website pages to pull up the tool.

From this screen, you can click the arrow to open up the page or if you click the Open button you can view the QR code. This comes in handy if you are out in public and need to share your QR code. It also would help your team access the QR Codes if they are not logged into the Dashboard. This should work on a mobile device or a computer.
