[Team Link](https://support.agentfire.com/en/add-ons#team-link) # Team Link Breakdown and Next Steps for Admins ### What Is Team Link? #### Team Link replaces outdated subdomains by giving each agent: - A branded profile page (*yourteam.com/john-doe*) - A unique #TeamLink hashtag (*#JohnDoe*) - Limited backend access to manage their content *All while keeping your team unified under one powerful website.* *(Full details: [Team Link Features](https://support.agentfire.com/en/add-ons#team-link))* ### How Lead Attribution Works #### 3 Automatic Tracking Methods 1. **Profile Page Traffic** - Visitors entering through the profile page: *yourteam.com/john-doe* - All conversions attributed to that agent 2. **Personalized Links** - Agents generate links with ?a=AgentName parameter - Example: *yourteam.com/buyers-guide?a=Sarah* 3. **#TeamLink Hashtags** - Add to any URL: *yourteam.com/sellers#Mike* - Overrides all other routing when clicked *All methods feed into your team's single CRM with proper agent attribution.*  ***Note:** We do not promote poaching leads, so if the lead is already in the system, it will stay with the original team member. If you have lead routing rules already set up in your CRM, it may default to your CRM’s routing rules.* ### What We Need to Set Up #### To activate Team Link for an agent: ✅ Existing team profile (or request a new one) ✅ Preferred hashtag (ex- #John or #JohnDoe) ✅ Confirm if there are any changes needed to the profile template (ex- search bar or added blocks) ***Note:** After initial setup, email us to add more agents or to cancel an agent.* ### Important Limitations - Single CRM Only: Agents cannot connect personal CRMs - Vanity URLs:  Can only mask profile pages (*johnhomes.com* → *team.com/john*) We offer helpful articles that you can share with your team that go over the attribution options and the Dashboard items they have access to.
