Welcome to the start of your AgentFire journey, where we guide you through every step of creating your perfect website.

Congratulations and Welcome Aboard! If you're reading this, you've just embarked on an exciting journey with your brand new AgentFire website. We are thrilled to have you with us and can't wait to see the amazing results we'll achieve together. This guide is your roadmap to a smooth and successful journey, detailing each step from Onboarding to Live Service.

Your Journey in Stages

1. Onboarding Stage - Gathering Information:  Welcome to the first step of your AgentFire experience – the Onboarding Stage. We start things off  by gathering essential content and information for your website. This crucial step is facilitated through easy-to-fill forms on the back end of your website, covering everything from domain and name servers, MLS and brokerage details for your IDX setup (if you opted to use IDX) and content and design preferences for building your website. Your dedicated Onboarding Specialist will be your personal guide, ensuring seamless process, addressing all your questions, and keeping your project on track.

2. Development Stage: Collaboration & Creatives: Once all of the required information is collected through the forms, we will transition into the Development Stage, where you'll get to work directly with your Lead Designer. Together, you'll bring your vision to life, shaping the design and functional aspects of your website.

This is also when our IDX Team will simultaneously work on securing IDX approval and ensuring MLS compliance of your website.

If you've opted for one of our graphic design add-ons, our talented Graphic Design Team will join forces to elevate your website's visual appeal.

Towards the end of the Development Stage, and once you are happy with the end result, you can start planing Live Site Launch with your Designer and your Onboarding Specialist. 

3. Live Service Stage: Success Starts Here
Post website launch, our Customer Success Team will reach out to you to start training. Whether you choose to manage your site independently or outsource your tech team, we offer comprehensive training and one-on-one sessions. You'll learn how to maximize the potential of your AgentFire website, ensuring you make the most of your online presence.


Your Support Network Throughout your journey, our team is just a click or call away. We're here to assist and resolve any inquiries you may have. To maintain smooth and effective communication, please consistently use the designated communication thread created by your Onboarding Specialist.
