We now have a couple of AI Drip Campaign tools available to pull content based on specific pages. This tool is only available with the AgentFire Plus upgraded monthly subscription.  The drip tool provides you with various content items you can freely use however you like. Note: AgentFire is supplying the content to you for the Drip Campaigns but to use the content you would need to use an email or SMS tool.    To see the available Drip Campaign options click on the Spark AI in the bottom right corner. As you can see we currently have a Listings Drip option and an Area Drips (Market Report) option.   ![Screenshot 2024-10-02 at 1.53.31 PM](https://support.agentfire.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202024-10-02%20at%201.53.31%20PM.png?width=688&height=318&name=Screenshot%202024-10-02%20at%201.53.31%20PM.png) To use this new tool you will need to add #drip to the end of the page you are trying to create a drip campaign for. Check out the different available pages this will work on below.   Listing Campaign: You can create a listing drip campaign from a My Listing Page or an AF IDX Property Page. Open the public page for the My Listing Property or open the AF IDX Property page and type  #drip at the end of the url link.   ![Screenshot 2024-10-02 at 2.03.26 PM](https://support.agentfire.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202024-10-02%20at%202.03.26%20PM.png?width=640&height=343&name=Screenshot%202024-10-02%20at%202.03.26%20PM.png)   There are 2 campaign Types for Listings: Just Listed and Just Sold - You can also choose to pull all campaign types. ![Screenshot 2024-10-02 at 2.05.24 PM](https://support.agentfire.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202024-10-02%20at%202.05.24%20PM.png?width=688&height=162&name=Screenshot%202024-10-02%20at%202.05.24%20PM.png)   You can also choose the Perspective: ![Screenshot 2024-10-02 at 2.05.31 PM-1](https://support.agentfire.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202024-10-02%20at%202.05.31%20PM-1.png?width=688&height=146&name=Screenshot%202024-10-02%20at%202.05.31%20PM-1.png)   Once you hit the “generate” button all the drips will be supplied together so you can see all of the available content.   To use the drip campaign, simply copy whatever drip you want to use as they are divided into different sections/headings, and paste it into whatever tool you use to send an email or SMS. This is a great way to remind yourself of all the items in the campaign.
