AI Campaigns: Area Drips

We are continuing to release AI tools to help you run your business. We now have a couple of AI Drip Campaign tools available to pull content based on specific pages.

The drip tool provides you with various content items you can freely use however you like.

Note: AgentFire is supplying the content to you for the Drip Campaigns but to use the content you would need to use an email or SMS tool. 

 

To see the available Drip Campaign options click on the Spark AI in the bottom right corner. As you can see we currently have a Listings Drip option and an Area Drips (Market Report) option.

To use this new tool you will need to add #drip to the end of the page you are trying to create a drip campaign for. Check out the different available pages this will work on below.

 

Area (Market Report) Campaign:

You can create an Area drip campaign from an Area Guide Page. 

Open the public page for the Area within your Area Guides and type #drip at the end of the URL link.

You can pick specific drip topics or pull all the available content topics (It defaults to all unless you select something different) :

Once you hit the “generate” button all the drips will be supplied together so you can see all of the available content.

 

To use the drip campaign, simply copy whatever drip you want to use as they are divided into different sections/headings, and paste it into whatever tool you use to send an email or SMS. Many CRMs have email capabilities for drip campaigns or you could use other email/SMS services for this.

If you scroll to the bottom of the campaign content list you will see a button to email the campaign to yourself. This is a great way to remind yourself of all the items in the campaign. It will send all of the items over in one list just how you are seeing it on the screen.

By emailing it to yourself, it helps to save it so you can easily reference the content at a later time.
