This article will show you how to add the broker commissions needed on a property added using the Listings Hub tool.
The NAR settlement has brought about a change in commission structure. IDX feeds cannot display commission details; however, with the recent changes, it has become important for many agents to have a way to provide these details to consumers and clients. At AgentFire, our tools are equipped to address this.
To add additional commission details for your own listing, you can utilize the Listings Hub tool to add a listing. Dashboard - Site Tools - Listings Hub:

Now you might be using either the standard template or the custom listing template. Here's the instruction for both:
Listing Template
We offer a variety of different template styles depending on your package and the type of site you selected. The process is the same, but the location and display style could vary.
You'll notice the 'using template' title on top of the listing's name, then click on the 'Edit Listing' button:
On the top navigation bar, head over to the Listing Details tab and open the Property Terms section. Over here simply type in the desired status as illustrated in this article:
Once finished, you'll notice the Buyer's Commission being displayed on the top left corner of the featured image, then save your changes:
Lastly, choose a listing template where you can display the status of this property. We recommend using the Featured Listings template or Spark Creator. For more information on these options, please refer to this article and this article respectively. This is how the commission will be displayed:
